We are running free Learn to Meditate classes in Richmond, Tasmania. Classes start at 10:00 am on Saturday 23 and 24 October in the Richmond Town Hall.
The purpose of meditation is to make our minds calm and peaceful. Currently our minds are used to roaming around from one thing to another, constantly moving. We have very little control. It’s through learning to meditate that we can gain control of our minds and our lives. We become better people, more able to help others, and ourselves.
In addition, meditation helps reduce stress and anxiety, which leads to better health and higher levels of happiness. A daily meditation practice enables new ways of thinking, insights, and genuine creative thought.
